SGEduLab, you agree to the
Terms and Conditions listed below.
- We are not held liable for any
mistakes in SGEduLab’s notes. Do note that a small amount of
errors are sometimes inevitable. We are also not responsible for any
claims, losses, damages, and legal costs that you may incur due to
SGEduLab. You are advised not to solely rely on notes downloaded from
SGEdulab but utilize resources obtained from other means to ensure the
accuracy of any notes you have downloaded.
- You are welcome to use
SGEduLab’s resources and other services, but you are not
allowed to use them in such a way that will break the law or cause loss
to anyone or violate anyone's rights including but not limited to
copyright infringement, defamation, and laws concerning the publication
of illicit materials.
- The use of SGEduLab is free.
But be mindful that you may be charged by your mobile phone, Internet,
and/or other service providers for accessing SGEduLab.
- The materials that you send in
to SGEduLab must be owned by you. This means that you must be the
intellectual property rights (IPR) owner of the materials. By placing
them in SGEduLab or submitting them to us, you therefore grant us
permission to reproduce them in any medium belonging to us. You and
SGEduLab will own the materials you send in and we may deal with the
materials you post in SGEduLab in whatever ways.
- You agree that we may collect
information about you. Any information collected may be disclosed to
the authorities or to the courts or the sponsor(s) of the contest you
have participated in, used to keep you updated on any of our or our
business associates' and/or partners' promotions, contests and sales,
to collect amounts due from you or to compile statistics. SGEduLab
assures that our members’ information will not be shared with
third parties.
- If you do not like what you see
on this site, you must inform us immediately and tell us exactly what
is bothering you. If you don't, then we may take it that you permit us
to leave the site as it is. If you contact us with your complaint, you
must allow us a reasonable amount of time to act on your complaint.
- You are strongly advised to
read the Rules and Regulations of any services related to SGEduLab.
(e.g. SGEduLab Forum contains Rules and Regulations which may differ
from SGEduLab) The Terms and Conditions stated here apply to all
services provided in SGEduLab.com.
- The terms and conditions may
change from time to time and will have retrospective effect without
